Manly Street

Manly Street involved re-roofing, re-cladding, new windows and a new extension after the prospective new owners had reason to believe it was a leaky home. We helped initially with a building inspection which became extensive renovations. The house front was redesigned and rebuilt with multiple cladding and weatherboards involved all around the house. Thermally broken, double glazed, aluminium windows and a single curved window were also installed.

The Complete Building Company work with an ‘open book’ policy. All trade invoices and staff time sheets are available by request throughout the project. Our philosophy is to work to the high standard in everything we do. All renovations have surprises. We prioritise open and honest communication with regular client meetings to ensure any unforeseen issues are handled as quickly and efficiently as possible with the result being a minimum of disruption to the budget and schedule.

Where the budget allows we recommend appropriate upgrades to existing plans. A higher grade of insulation, a change to the layout or a higher grade of cladding are all options we like to provide.
