Rata Road was an extensive 150m2 addition to the existing house. A key requirement was for the ‘new to tie into the old’.

Penrose Street renovations included a new entrance, lounge, kitchen, dining, bathroom and laundry. Firstly a 1970’s addition was removed and replaced with a 60m2 building as per the original 1930’s style. Bell curved cedar shingles, timber sill separators, timber double glazed windows with bi-fold doors completed the project.

Manly Street involved re-roofing, re-cladding, new windows and a new extension after the prospective new owners had reason to believe it was a leaky home. We helped initially with a building inspection which became extensive renovations.
